For their vendor rankings, Black Book Research crowdsource-surveyed 8,845 physician practices on MACRA MIPS readiness and preparations. Black Book Research investigated over 97 vendors including EHR technology. The 18 criteria for operational excellence were then further divided by the client's industry, market size, geography, and function outsourced and reported accordingly.
