Ramsay brings a wealth of finance expertise to his role as Vice President of Finance for TOPS Software. His prior career experience includes working with private equity-backed businesses to help them grow. At TOPS, Ramsay has played a role in helping close on two recently acquired businesses and will have a hand in getting them integrated under the TOPS umbrella.

Billy has over 18 year's experience in finance and accounting. After receiving degrees in Finance and Accounting from Florida State University, he spent 9 years practicing as a CPA in public accounting. Prior to joining TOPS, he held various leadership roles in companies both privately held and publicly traded. When they are not juggling work and three kids, Billy and his wife Marsha enjoy going to concerts.
