The FLCAJ has been providing news and information to the operators of homeowners' associations, condos, cooperatives, and other multi-unit communities since 1987. For the past seven years, the FLCAJ has held its annual Readers' Choice Awards to honor service providers that primarily work with community associations.
This year, FLCAJ received over 550 nominations and tallied 8,500 votes during the seventh annual Readers' Choice Awards. Winning service providers were honored in one of four tiers, based on the number of votes received: Diamond (top), Platinum, Gold, and Silver.
