Jess brings two decades of security and protection experience and leadership across government and private sectors. Jess brings years of experience in U.S. law enforcement, as well as extensive service living and working abroad as a contractor for the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, and the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs. Jess is noted for his work in Kosovo; he was commended by both the U.S. and UK Embassies for his role in the 2013 Brussels Agreement that normalized security cooperation between Serbia and Kosovo. This experience shaped his thinking on the power of collaboration with safety and security partners and the holistic benefit of embedded mentors.
