Total Server Solutions (TSS) welcomes three new faces to support the company’s continued growth servicing mid-market businesses with VMware multicloud platform offerings. Mark Mercado, Danielle Walter and Ryan Howard bring a combined 48 years of experience in the industry that will continue to drive the organization forward.

New TSS hires:

Mercado is a proven industry veteran with over 20 years of experience building cloud-centric channel programs for some of the best public and boutique providers in the industry. A cloud and technology services veteran, he joined TSS to build and create a channel program that honors the relationship between technical advisors and their clients. He is also responsible for all Channel and Strategic Alliance initiatives for TSS. Mercado proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and has been recognized as one of the top Channel Chiefs by CRN magazine.

As Vice President of Marketing, Walter will focus on producing messaging, communications and improved metrics throughout the organization. A marketing maven, she has led messaging and branding for four cloud providers, including Rackspace and SingleHop, aligning sales, product and marketing teams to a singular identity and set of goals.

Howard is a proven leader with over 15 years of experience building channel programs and establishing meaningful and trusted industry relationships. As Director of Channel Sales, Howard will be responsible for the continued support and development of the Partner Program. Ryan’s experience on all sides of the technology channel, from VARs to manufacturers to service providers, has earned him a strong network of credibility and wealth of knowledge in the space.
