Totara, a leading provider of enterprise learning, engagement and performance management technology, today announced Totara Engage, its new learning experience platform (LXP), has won Gold in the Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards. Totara Engage improves the performance and productivity of employees and organizations by encouraging individuals to take an active role in their own professional development and share knowledge with their peers.

Totara Engage won a Gold award in “Best Advance in Employee Engagement Technology,” a brand-new category introduced by the Brandon Hall Group in 2020. A panel of independent industry experts and Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives evaluated employee engagement solutions against criteria such as the design and delivery of the model, integration with the wider talent management strategy and the measurable benefits and organizational outcomes resulting from the technology.
