As a Touch-A-Life Foundation's board advisor, Smita will bring her business development and management consulting expertise, to help develop e-commerce features for the TALGiving mobile app. E-commerce on TALGiving will give low income and impoverished people a platform to sell their products and expertise—much like eBay, Amazon, and Etsy—with the built-in social features and audience that the TALGiving app provides.
Built on blockchain and AI technologies, TALGiving is designed to facilitate a transparent connection between those in need and those that can provide help and support, through easy-to-use mobile and desktop apps. TALGiving enables both individual and corporate donors to provide educational, food, medical, shelter, and clothing assistance to citizens of all ages—from students to seniors—with just a few taps or clicks.
