Touch-A-Life Foundation to Launch Social Giving Platform at Third Annual Fundraising Event
Public is invited to TAL Annual Day 2019 to help support the initiative. Mobile app built on blockchain and AI technology will make it easier to connect local donors with donees.
CUPERTINO, Calif., Oct. 22, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Touch-A-Life Foundation, a non-profit organization to support the needy, today announced TAL Giving, a mobile-first social application for iOS and Android devices that will make it easier to facilitate donations between donor and donees. The TAL Giving platform will be unveiled at TAL Annual Day 2019, the third annual Touch-A-Life banquet, open to the public.

TAL Annual Day 2019 will feature a presentation about TAL Giving, as well as recognize Touch-A-Life 2019 Heroes and provide updates on the annual activities of 2019. Entertainment will be provided by Bollywood musicians Sunitha, Deepu and Prudhvi Chandra, in addition to several other local artists.

Built on blockchain and AI technologies, TAL Giving is designed to facilitate a transparent connection between those in need and those than can provide help and support, through easy-to-use mobile and desktop apps. TAL Giving enables both individual and corporate donors to provide educational, food, medical, shelter, and clothing assistance to citizens of all ages—from students to seniors—with just a few taps or clicks. The app will launch on iOS and Android devices this month, with an initial rollout across the greater San Francisco Bay Area. TAL Giving will eventually expand nationwide.
