My TOWN is produced under the creative direction of David Lipman. Dubbed a creative guru by The New York Times, Lipman brings unrivaled experience to TOWN Residential and T Creative, an innovative creative agency that focuses on luxury real estate and real estate development clients worldwide. Most recently, he was the creative force behind One57, Manhattan’s groundbreaking luxury condominium project. Celebrity photographer Sebastian Faena will shoot the premiere cover and will serve as a contributing photographer. Faena is a highly acclaimed fashion photographer who recently photographed Carine Roitfeld’s project that spanned all 30 editions of Harper’s Bazaar. The immediately iconic photos of 19 women include Lady Gaga, Penélope Cruz, Linda Evangelista, Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer, Stephanie Seymour, Iman, Stacy Martin and Lauren Hutton.
T Creative is currently in discussions with leading editors to take the helm. My TOWN will also feature contributing celebrity columnists; as well as coverage of New York City’s electric social scene, fashion, design and architecture.
