TPx Taps Nancy Estrada as Service Delivery Manager for Exclusive Partner Provisioning Group

Veteran Provisioning Expert to Ensure High-Level Support and Smooth Installations for UCaaS, Managed IT and Managed Connectivity Solutions

TPx, the premier managed services provider, has hired Nancy Estrada as Service Delivery Manager of Channel Partner Provisioning, an exclusive group dedicated to processing service orders, installations and escalations for channel partners and their clients nationwide.

Estrada has 15 years of experience supporting channel partners as a Service Delivery Manager, Escalations Manager and Project Coordinator. Prior to joining TPx, she worked at AireSpring where she started her career as an Order Entry Coordinator and rose through the ranks to become the company’s Service Delivery Manager.

TPx’s Channel Partner Provisioning team includes 30 professionals with an average 15 years of experience processing service orders, installations and escalations for partners and their clients.

Since then, the group has expanded considerably to include nearly 20 engineers and six project managers to keep pace with service orders from partners.
