How to Increase Sales with the Power of Content Marketing

Content marketing has become a proven driver for sales increases.

Trade Press Services and SmartFinds Marketing will host a free webinar on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 2 p.m. EST on “How to Increase Sales with the Power of Content Marketing.”

The webinar will demonstrate how brands can use content marketing to convert prospects into customers. According to the Content Marketing Institute, the most successful companies are very committed to producing content marketing, yet only 39 percent have a documented strategy. “When it comes to marketing in a digital and global marketplace, content is king, thanks to the ever-increasing power of social media and the necessity of leveraging that power to continuously and positively impact sales numbers,” says Gerri Knilans, president of Trade Press Services.

“Content marketing has become a proven driver for sales increases,” notes Knilans whose background includes more than 40 years of sales and marketing expertise. “That’s why it’s imperative to understand all of the elements required to leverage content marketing strategically and successfully.”

Gerri Knilans and Jamie Pagett from Trade Press Services will host the first half of the webinar, which will address the scope of content marketing plus how to establish the right strategy and develop messages that resonate with targeted audiences. It will include a description of what content marketing is, the types of content marketing formats, how to use content marketing to your advantage, eight steps to creating a strategic plan, how to build a content marketing dream team, the type of content humans and search engines love and best practices for success.

Melih Oztalay, chief executive officer of SmartFinds Marketing and partner in the webinar, will host the second half of the session. Oztalay, who has 25 years of digital marketing experience, shares his knowledge as an industry author as he discusses the importance of search engine and other factors for effective content distribution.

“Content marketing is a key strategy for organically bringing in website visitors from search engines,” Oztalay says. “It is also critical for ensuring a lower website bounce rate, which is an indicator of quality website traffic. You want larger audiences to see your brand message and have Google identify inbound keyword links to your website. That requires understanding the essentials of a content marketing strategy, including distribution.” During the webinar, Oztalay will discuss the content distribution process and share examples of what works and what doesn’t.

How to Increase Sales with the Power of Content Marketing, co-hosted by Trade Press Services and SmartFinds Marketing, will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 2 p.m. EST. There is no charge for the webinar. To register, sign up at http://bit.ly/content-marketing-sales-webinar.
