Trail & Ski Sponsors 2015 Gulf Wings Track Club Summer Trail Series
Tallahassee, FL (PRWEB) April 15, 2015 -- Trail & Ski, along with Salomon Footwear, is co-sponsoring the 2015 Gulf Winds Track Club Summer Trail Series. The four-race series will be held on the most scenic and challenging trails in Tallahassee.
May 30 - 8 a.m. - Cadillac Trail (Tom Brown Park) - 5.5 Miles
June 13 – 8 a.m. - Oak Hammock Trail (Phipps Park) - 5.0 Miles
July 18 – 8 a.m. - Coon Bottom Trail (Phipps Park) - 4.5 Miles
Aug. 1 – 6 p.m. - Redbug Trail (Forestmeadows Park) - 4.5 Miles
Salomon will award the male and female winners of the series with a pair of trail running shoes. Salomon trail shoes are known for their Quicklace system that never comes untied. The Sensifit system delivers a precise and secure fit and encourages efficient and powerful foot roll. The Conftagrip outsole increases traction on wet or muddy trails.
Last year, the runners were capped at 150, but by popular demand, the number has been increased to 175 this year.
