The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), which enforces the ADA, said that employers are expected to comply with their ADA obligations during the COVID-19 pandemic, while following the most current guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or state and local public health officials.
Online ADA Training
