Hassan, the former Executive Director of New York City SHRM, will be responsible for creating new business partnerships and expanding the company's reach into new sectors and markets. In her former role, Hassan saw Traliant taking the sexual harassment training market by storm and was inspired to join the team.

Hassan brings more than 20 years' of experience in strategy and business development to her new position. Before joining Traliant, she served for six years as Executive Director of New York City SHRM, where she significantly grew the HR association's membership. In 2016, she earned the "Dedicated Partnership Award" for her work on behalf of New York City SHRM's members and business partners. Prior, Hassan worked with a variety of associations, including BioNJ, CREW NJ, NJ Soybean Association and the NJ Builders.
