MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif., Aug. 4, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Traliant, an innovator in online compliance training, today announced the release of a Chicago Edition of its award-winning Preventing Discrimination and Harassment training. Traliant's solution includes both sexual harassment prevention and bystander intervention courses designed to help Chicago employers meet new annual training requirements that took effect on July 1.
Under Chicago's Human Rights Ordinance, employers in the city of Chicago must annually provide one hour of sexual harassment prevention training for all employees, and two hours for managers and supervisors. In addition, all employees and managers must receive one hour of bystander training annually. These new requirements expand upon the state of Illinois' annual sexual harassment training requirements.
"With our new solution, Chicago employers can feel confident they are providing timely information and promoting positive actions that employees can take to address and stop unacceptable behavior and create a positive, respectful workplace," said John Arendes, CEO of Traliant.
