Interview Compliance & Fair Hiring is a 20-minute, interactive training course that explains how to handle various aspects of the hiring process in a fair and legal manner — from writing job advertisements, to screening calls and resumes, to interviewing candidates. Topics include the different types of employment discrimination, interview questions and job advertisements that can lead to discrimination claims, and BFOQs (bona fide occupational qualifications), those rare exceptions where discrimination is not unlawful.

The new course also features a video scenario depicting interview “red flags,” Viewer Mailbag segments and integrated assessments and interactions that reinforce key concepts and challenge employees to earn engagement points.
