Traliant, an innovator in online sexual harassment training, today released new episodes of its popular Sparks video series. The four new episodes cover microaggressions (office version), and three specifically tailored for an industrial environment: microaggressions, bystander intervention and unconscious bias. Each video is about three minutes long.

“Our latest Sparks are a great way to raise awareness of potentially harassing and discriminatory behavior, whether intentional or unintentional, and get employees to talk about creating a more respectful, inclusive workplace,” said Mike Pallatta, Traliant CEO and Co-Founder.
