Jon was responsible for the development of software applications that supported the bank's market making and trading businesses, back office securities settlement, global payment networks, custody networks, portfolio management, risk management and financial management systems. In addition, he managed and was accountable for the settlement, processing, control and regulatory compliance of US$5 trillion worth of daily transactions in the 100 countries where Citi does business.
