CO-OP sells housewares (home appliances, furniture, daily necessities, etc.) for living alone freshmen at Univ. CO-OP member universities, their guardians, and other members of Univ. CO-OP. On February 1, 2020, Univ. CO-OP opened a user support center which is available via their LINE official account "Account name: Univ. CO-OP Arranging your room," where users can ask for advice and make inquiries about "available products" and "ordering processes" via LINE chat.
