Transparent House Releases Marketing Video for Kilroy Realty’s One Paseo Development
SAN FRANCISCO (PRWEB) August 03, 2018 -- Real estate development giant Kilroy approached Transparent House for marketing material early in the process of one of their current projects, the greater San Diego region’s One Paseo community. The final video produced by Transparent House composites digital assets, material created with a green screen and footage shot directly at One Paseo to visualize life at the new development.
As a creative studio dedicated to all aspects of the production process, Transparent House's artists storyboarded and brainstormed with the Kilroy Realty team from the marketing project's beginning to end. Tasked with portraying the innovative, multi-use development before its coming completion, the collaborators landed upon the stories of April, Trevor, and Ruby to carry the final video’s narrative. Each of these fictional residents represents different needs and desires in life, yet their coming together at One Paseo speaks to the versatility of the community’s various amenities and resources.
With roots in architectural visualization work and over a decade of experience in real estate marketing, Transparent House’s partnership with Kilroy Realty was a natural one. Working to market properties still physically under construction, Transparent House’s specialty of detailed, hyper-photorealistic renderings served to bring the One Paseo development to life virtually, from the interiors of its homes to its business and commercial spaces to the geography of the entire community itself.
Virtual experiences are unknown territory for neither Transparent House nor new developments such as Kilroy’s One Paseo- the San Francisco creative agency regularly produces marketing material and digital assets for numerous real estate companies and their properties. The video created for the Carmel Valley community, combining CG visualization and traditional footage, is only the tip of the iceberg of Transparent House’s real estate capabilities, an array of services that includes virtual staging, VR property tours, mobile sales applications and more.
“Come one. Come all.” Ultimately, the motto of One Paseo guided Transparent House’s creation of the development’s marketing video, a final product that invites potential residents and users- families, professionals, and all people alike- into the unique community. The partnership between Transparent House and Kilroy Realty yielded a union of visions of future and present, technology and art, home and lifestyle fit only for the equally innovative development itself.
