LONDON, May 2, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Tranwall board has brought in Fintech innovator Haxton Rose to lead the Tranwall team through the next exciting chapter of growth and transformation. Haxton is a former Econet executive and he brings a raft of experience in the Fintech sector. Haxton was the CEO of the global remittance, FX and payments business, Cassava Remit, and sat on the executive committee of Cassava Smartech which listed for USD3.9 Billion in 2018.
When agreeing to join Tranwall, Haxton said, "I see the vast potential of Tranwall. The opportunities are abundant, and we can swiftly deliver significant value to our customers and shareholders. In my opinion, Tranwall technology was ahead of its time, as are all great ideas throughout history. Tranwall is poised and well placed to capture the rapidly expanding requirement for card control and transaction security. I am excited to be joining Tranwall at such an opportune moment and look forward to working with a great team of exceptionally talented people."
Tranwall chairman Hugh Warner said, "Haxton brings great ideas and fintech experience to Tranwall and we are tremendously excited that he has decided to join the team. He has demonstrated great entrepreneurial capability having founded, built, scaled and exited a successful fintech remittance business which he sold to Econet in 2015. The London fintech community is full of great talent and energy and we want to be part of that. We believe it's a great fit to have Haxton join us as we set up a London location and manage the rapid growth phase we are experiencing right now. Haxton has been instrumental in the recent strategic agreement with Foregenix, which we believe will play a significant role in the future of Tranwall. We would like to welcome Haxton into the Tranwall family and look forward to achieving great things together."
