Travefy unveiled a new suite of collaboration tools to help Travel Advisors more efficiently craft client proposals and itineraries.

At the Cancun Travel Agent Forum, Travefy unveiled a new suite of collaboration tools to further streamline proposal and itinerary creation for Travel Advisors.

With these new collaboration tools, Travel Advisors can seamlessly collaborate on proposals or itineraries with the B2B partners they currently work with including DMCs, On-Sites, and even fellow Travel Advisors.

Now, anyone with a Travefy account can invite other professionals to edit a specific proposal or itinerary as well as provide permissions to copy any proposal or itinerary as well. Furthermore, these permissions can be removed at any time.

“Thousands of Travel Agencies and Advisors use Travefy to save time crafting and delivering impressive itineraries and proposals to their clients. A large number of DMCs and On-Sites also leverage Travefy’s integrated private library to quickly deliver itineraries to the Travel Advisors they work with,” notes Travefy Chief Product Officer Toby Schroder. “Both sides were asking for a way to collaborate seamlessly to save even more time using Travefy.”
