The city seeks to entice new visitors to try Costa Mesa with a fun video full of quick transitions that takes the guest to different experiences in the City of the Arts®.

The city seeks to entice new visitors to try Costa Mesa with a fun video full of quick transitions that takes the guest to different experiences in the City of the Arts®.
