JENKINTOWN, Pa., June 17, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- What happens when people travel? New surroundings open up the world, but travel can also test the most embedded ideas or affect even the strongest relationships.
"Roamers and Wanderers" is a collection of short stories and some poetry that is set in different countries and was written over a period of 40 years. Each work is about the universality of travel and the effect the trip has on the traveler. Emotions are at play when a woman watches another woman interacting with her baby. Another story tackles the fear of flying.
Everything changes during travel, writes author Frances Webb. Routines are broken and stress is maximized when things don't go as planned. Then there are the cultural differences that can change long-held beliefs, shaking a traveler's convictions. These works all have something in common: They show how travel opens minds to new ideas and to the universality of mankind.
