Roy's ultimate objective is to guarantee that TRAXXALL delivers a flawless customer experience and that existing customers recommend it to fellow aircraft operators.

Prior to joining TRAXXALL, Roy Gioconda served as Director of Service Quality Assurance at CAMP Systems. In total, Roy spent about nine years at CAMP in several senior customer support and field service roles. He also acted as Director of Maintenance at Guardian Jet and Jet Logistics, and Director of Quality at FlightWorks. Roy began his career at American Airlines where he worked for almost 20 years, holding multiple aircraft maintenance and quality positions. Roy Gioconda earned his FAA A&P and Associate Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1982.
