LOWELL, Mass., March 21, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- TRC, a leading provider of end-to-end engineering, consulting and construction management solutions fueled by innovative technology, received a Business Achievement Award for growth and innovation yesterday from the Environmental Business Journal for its 2018 acquisition of Vali Cooper & Associates.
TRC acquired the California-based infrastructure and construction management firm last June. It was the company's first major acquisition after going private in a 2017 sale to New Mountain Capital.
