Based in Sacramento, California, Blue Oak's engineers are licensed in over 30 states, supporting long-term clients nationwide including utilities, municipalities, developers/Independent Power Producers (IPPs), and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) firms.
On average, TRC supports more than 1,000 renewable energy projects annually for hundreds of solar, wind, hydro and storage clients. TRC's integrated solutions address all phases of development including site selection and evaluation, environmental planning and permitting, engineering and design, including collector stations, substations and grid interconnection, due diligence and transaction support.
