IntelliTrex is a robust platform designed to cut through the noise traditional monitoring services create through the over-generation of tickets and alerts.
IntelliTrex uses machine learning and Trextel's patent pending cellular grading system to proactively monitor network devices, cellular, broadband and SD-WAN in order to minimize downtime and maximize productivity by automatically addressing issues before staff and customers even realize there was a problem.

Chris was recently promoted to the role of Director of Customer Support, along with Randy Arendell, as Manager of Managed Services, and Will Hill as Manager of Customer Support, in order to oversee key departments responsible for the IntelliTrex platform.
