The acquisition is designed to maximize focus for each company's area of expertise by providing Trextel's SP customers with Nordicom's best-in-class award winning Service. Under the specific acquisition agreement, Trextel will become a sub-agent of Nordicom for SP transactions, allowing for a seamless transition to existing customers.
