Tribeca Offers Pre-Settlement Legal Funding to Clients in Need and Never Requires Repayment if a Case Is Lost

The scholarship, designed to raise awareness about the need for ethical, justice-driven lawsuit lending, will be awarded to one worthy student for the 2022-23 school year.
Interested applicants are asked to answer the following open-ended essay prompt: "How do lawsuit loans help ensure equal access to justice?" The essay will require students to research and reflect on the importance of creating fairness in the justice system, and how legal finance can level the playing field for those involved in lawsuits.

To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must be in the process of pursuing their undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited college, university, or graduate school in the United States of America. High school seniors graduating this spring who are scheduled to attend college this fall are eligible. Scholarship funds will be paid directly to the school of attendance. The deadline to apply is June 15, 2022.
