Trinity Consultants Acquires Chemical Regulatory and Risk Management Firm, The Redstone Group

DALLAS, Jan. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Trinity Consultants, Inc.® (Trinity), an international environmental, health, and safety consulting firm, announces that it has acquired The Redstone Group (Redstone), a specialty consulting firm headquartered in Dublin, Ohio. Redstone is a leading U.S. provider of chemical regulatory advisory services including registration and compliance with the European Union's REACH initiative, the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS), the U.S. Toxic Substance Control Act, and compliance with international chemical control laws. Redstone also supports clients' EHS initiatives related to compliance and permitting, operational assessments, auditing, and mergers and acquisitions.

Redstone was founded in 2004 by Mark Vagasky and Glenn Hammer (retired), former EHS executives from the chemical industry. Additional professionals at Redstone include industry veterans and experts with advanced degrees in engineering, animal sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, environmental sciences, toxicology, genetics, zoology, biology, business, and law. Following the acquisition, Mr. Vagasky will remain on board in a leadership position, facilitating the integration of Redstone with Trinity's environmental consulting and life sciences practices.
