Triple T Studios Is Proud First Time Patron Sponsor of 2019 Fashion Week Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Sept. 6, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Triple T Studios is proud to be a first time Pret-A-Porter Sponsor of 2019 Fashion Week Columbus.

Fashion Week Columbus is the flagship program under the Columbus Fashion Council which produces a week long showcase of emerging fashion designers to media, buyers, and the amazing fashion community in Central Ohio. Since its debut in 2010, Fashion Week Columbus has selected more than 100 emerging fashion designers for participation, and awarded more than $25,000 in scholarships to fashion design students.

Joanne McGonagle, owner of Triple T Studios, relies on her zoology degree when creating new cat inspired designs. McGonagle's inspiration to create Triple T Studios came during her field studies in Namibia. Realizing she could use her product knowledge from a previous career to support conservation projects, McGonagle followed her passion, trusted her instincts just like her cats, and Fashion With a Passion® was born!

Triple T Studios' name is a nod to The Tiniest Tiger, McGonagle's children's book written after an unplanned adoption of her cat Gracey from a local dog shelter. As a first-time cat parent, McGonagle recalls looking at the kitten curled up on her sweatshirt and saying out loud, "You are the tiniest tiger, how do I take care of you?" Smitten by the kitten, McGonagle started her award-winning blog by the same name and grew a fierce following of lovers of all cats big and small. Her love for Gracey led to her zoology studies in Miami University's Global Field Program where she focused on big cats and human wildlife conflict.

Triple T Studios supports the Cheetah Conservation Fund, Lion Guardians in Kenya, makes regular donations to Panthera's Tigers Forever program, and other big and small cat projects. The company has also adopted several baby elephants at the David Sheldrick Elephant Nursery in Nairobi where McGonagle had the pleasure to visit during field studies in Kenya.

Triple T Studios is certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council as a woman-owned business. McGonagle is the owner of several trademarks and a design patent of the cat paw protective feet on the bottom of their handbags and totes.
