Locker has more than 20 years of experience in the electrical industry. His background includes leading design teams and managing installations of numerous control and power systems for data centers, industrial plants, cogeneration facilities and utilities. A licensed and patent-holding engineer, Locker has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a master's degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech.
