Plans mixed use development project at 717-759 N Hill Street in Chinatown.

TRJLA LLC (“TRJLA”), a privately-held real estate development company, announced it has acquired an infill property located at 717-759 N Hill Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012, consisting of 82,120 square feet or 1.9 acre of land with approximately 500 feet of street frontage.

Kevin Chen, TRJLA CEO, stated, “This is a lifetime opportunity to contribute to Chinatown’s revitalization and improve the Hill Street corridor.
