Trust Relations Honored as a Powderkeg 2020 Top-Rated Company Culture Winner
The digital community for tech startups, investors and professionals presented its second annual tech and culture awards, recognizing innovative companies beyond Silicon Valley
WILLIAMS, Ariz., Dec. 29, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Fast-growing, virtual branding and strategic communications agency, Trust Relations, was recognized as a top-rated culture winner at the Powderkeg's 2020 Tech Culture Awards virtual ceremony. Companies throughout the country were surveyed based on their workplace environment — specifically, how it has been impacted due to the COVID-19 pandemic with regard to maintaining a remote workforce, as well as employee feedback on how their employers contribute to company culture through leadership, professional development, work-life balance and remote team building.

The awards were held at Powderkeg's first-ever two-day Unvalley Virtual Conference, where companies celebrated the decentralization of technology innovation and learned about some of the biggest opportunities in tech beyond Silicon Valley. Trust Relations' newly-appointed Chief Client Officer, Lana Dao, was in attendance remotely to hear from other leaders building high-performing teams outside the main tech hubs.

The 100+ winning companies were recognized for being culture leaders at a national level, and 18 companies were awarded with top honors. Winners were recognized for one or more categories such as: Top-Rated for Work-Life Balance; Top-Rated Leadership Team; Top-Rated Remote Work; Top-Rated for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Top-Rated Overall Culture; Regional Best Overall Culture: Southeast, Midwest, Northeast, Central, Northwest, Southwest; Best Startup Culture; Best Scaleup Culture and Best Enterprise Culture. There were also categories based on teams and regions where companies are headquartered. Awards were granted based on application responses and survey rankings by each company's employees.
