The fast-growing, virtual branding and strategic communications agency, Trust Relations, today announced the hiring of experienced PR professional Lana Dao as the team’s newly created position of Chief Client Officer. With her extensive background in public and client relations, Lana will oversee all client operations and team efficiencies for Trust Relations.
Trust Relations is a force to be reckoned with since opening its virtual doors two years ago. Founded by former journalists with over 300 years of combined experience in public relations, Trust Relations offers an innovative alternative to the traditional agency model. It’s unique, entirely-virtual team structure has allowed the team to flourish throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

As the new Chief Client Officer, Dao will be working alongside White to ensure client satisfaction and client relations are continuously maximized to the best of their abilities--all while also optimizing operational efficiencies and maintaining excellent internal and external communication among team members and clients.
Prior to joining Trust Relations, Dao managed the six Revlon Portfolio Brands as a Senior Account Executive at SEEN Group. There she implemented internal agency-wide policies and procedures for account and budget management, new team member onboarding, intern programs, and many more systems that are still being used today. Her client-centric operations approach aims to create transformational change, drive loyalty and improve the overall client experience.

Dao received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of San Diego.
