This award celebrates companies that have gone above and beyond to provide their communities, clients, and front line workers with support during the COVID-19 crisis.
The nomination-based Tech Cares Award recognizes companies for showing how much they care. Some responded to the pandemic by removing pricing barriers, expanding their offerings, and providing additional resources to help support their communities. Other vendors partnered with medical or social organizations and leveraged their products to help combat the virus directly. Today TrustRadius invites the broader community to nominate companies like these who have exemplified one of TrustRadius's core values (being human) in the face of an unprecedented challenge.

The 2020 Tech Cares Award Criteria
Nominations are now open for the TrustRadius 2020 Tech Cares Award and will remain open until September 11, 2020. Submit your nominations here.
To be accepted for the Tech Cares Award, each nominated organization must be a B2B technology company that has demonstrated above-and-beyond caring during the COVID-19 pandemic. Anyone may nominate an organization for this award, including those who work for or with the company. All nominations will be thoroughly vetted by the TrustRadius research team. It is recommended that nominations include concrete support and links to examples wherever possible.
In addition to nominations, the Tech Cares Award will also be given on the basis of reviewer feedback on TrustRadius. Organizations whose reviews clearly illustrate how much they care during this crisis will also be recognized.
TrustRadius will notify recognized companies of their award on September 17, 2020. At that time, winners will receive the 2020 Tech Cares Badge and other promotional materials to help announce this recognition to their communities. TrustRadius will officially announce the 2020 Tech Cares Award winners to the general public on September 23.
