OMAHA, Neb. (PRWEB) May 11, 2020
The Strawhecker Group (TSG) is pleased to recognize a selection of payments providers for their exceptional API offering.
Powered by TSG’s Gateway Enterprise Metrics (GEM) platform*, the “Best of Breed” assessment was performed to rank gateways’ API offerings across three major areas: understandability, functionality, and the need for technical assistance. As a third-party, acting as a developer, TSG analyzed documentation to understand and score the different APIs’ features and functionality.
“For GEM members, this assessment provides management and technical staff with a better understanding of how their gateway’s API-set may impact their merchant clients and developers they may integrate with,” says Mike Strawhecker, President of TSG. “This helps our clients understand pain points, as well as how they fare against other leading payments providers.”
See below for the winners, as well as runners-ups in each category. The “Best of Breed” assessment is completed annually for more than twenty industry leading payments providers to analyze and score thirteen items across API, response codes, and versioning.
