Amber Pearson brings two decades of public relations expertise to TSN Communications as its new director of media relations.

TSN Communications welcomes Amber Pearson as its new director of media relations. Pearson will collaborate with clients and TSN team members to help its clients define their brand, get them noticed by their target audience and educate the public and media.

Pearson has nearly 20 years of experience in public relations, primarily centering on alternative fuels. She has worked for national associations in communications and marketing, helping to proliferate clean alternatives for transportation and energy. She specializes in writing, relationships and campaign management.

“I bring to TSN’s clients a background of gaining the media’s trust,” said Pearson. “I have a true passion for sharing the good news of products and services that can help our environment and our health.”

Based in Austin, Texas, Pearson has previously worked at the National Biodiesel Board, Propel Fuel and for many nonprofit and educational associations, including the U.S. Energy Department’s Clean Cities. She has served as a contractor and writer for state propane associations. Her work can be found quoted in thousands of articles through press releases, interviews and authorship.

Pearson earned a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in agricultural journalism from the University of Missouri and an MA in Mass Communications from Lindenwood University. She enjoys traipsing after her two children — preferably outdoors — while enjoying the music and beauty of her city, and the occasional run with her high-energy dog.
