“By offering these insights to the public for free, we’re hoping to make a real difference to everyone who needs it,” said Rick Bowers, TTI SI president.
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (PRWEB) April 02, 2020
TTI Success Insights (TTI SI), a leading resource for research-based assessments and talent management solutions, is excited to announce a free, personality-based survey called The Working From Home Report.
The survey, which takes approximately 10 minutes to complete online, applies DISC behavior styles in order to provide individuals with a full report of personalized work tips for the most effective remote communication techniques while working from home.
“The Working From Home Report helps you discover three things,” said Candice Frazer, senior vice president of operations at TTI SI. “It helps you understand your own remote communication preferences, learn about your colleagues’ remote work communication preferences, and adapt your preferences when needed to communicate more effectively with a colleague.”
The report is the first of its kind in the market and was developed by the TTI SI team as a response to the global pandemic caused by COVID-19.
“By offering these insights to the public for free, we’re hoping to make a real difference to everyone who needs it,” said Rick Bowers, TTI SI president. “It’s our way to give back while so many teams are struggling with the new normal due to the pandemic. At TTI SI, we’ve always had a ‘People First’ mentality. We hope that The Working From Home Report helps others join the movement.”
TTI SI has already distributed thousands of copies of The Working From Home Report and hopes to process one million reports in the next few months.
The Working From Home Report is available free for anyone interested at http://www.ttisi.com/wfh.
