St. Louis presented at the 21st Annual DWI Means Defend With Ingenuity Seminar, held from October 4 to 6 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National College of DUI Defense hosted the event, which was titled “The Rock Stars of DUI Defense.”
This national seminar drew more than 400 attorneys from across the country to discuss the latest scientific and legal strategies to optimize trial success regarding driving under the influence of alcohol and drug defenses. Nesci taught a workshop demonstrating advanced techniques for cross-examining law enforcement officers on field sobriety testing. St. Louis assisted Wisconsin attorney Andrew Mishlove in teaching participants how to cross-examine the state’s blood analyst.
