Reporting to Basile Beaugendre, Regional Head of TuneCore, Europe, Lambert will lead the growth of the TuneCore business and local community engagement to foster artist growth throughout France and French speaking countries
BROOKLYN, N.Y., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- TuneCore, the leading independent development partner for self-releasing artists—part of Believe, the Paris-based global artist development company—has named Noémie Lambert as the company's new Head of TuneCore, France. Lambert's role was announced jointly by Brian Miller, Chief Business Officer, TuneCore; and Basile Beaugendre, Regional Head of TuneCore, Europe, to whom she will report.
Miller commented, "As TuneCore continues to scale our global operations, it is paramount that we have experts on the ground who are able to best serve artists in their home markets. As Head of TuneCore, France, Noémie will help attract and retain self-releasing French speaking artists with opportunities to develop their careers on their own terms."
As Head of TuneCore, France, Lambert is responsible for overseeing TuneCore's business operations in France and French speaking countries, while securing marketing and industry partnerships to increase the impact of artists' releases throughout these markets, and ensuring alignment of TuneCore operations with the goals and strategic objectives of Believe Group to help independent artists and labels worldwide. Lambert will also work alongside Believe and TuneCore's global marketing and communications teams to increase brand awareness throughout France and ensure that global initiatives are properly executed to best serve French TuneCore artists.
While TuneCore continues to be the preferred distribution partner for developing emerging talent, it has increasingly become the platform of choice for prominent self-releasing creators throughout France, including rapper TK from Marseille. By leveraging TuneCore's platform, established artists can secure an optimal royalty structure, curate their own professional teams, and maintain complete oversight of the distribution cycle. TK's recent track "Coachella," a collaboration with GIMS—one of the world's most listened to Francophone artists—was released via TuneCore and rapidly ascended to #2 on YouTube's trending music chart in France.
Beaugendre commented, "Noémie's genuine passion for developing independent artists has been evident throughout her entire career. I have spent years building TuneCore France into the premier distribution destination for independent French artists, and I feel confident that Noémie is the best person to ensure TuneCore remains the partner of choice for French artists seeking the best setup and opportunities to build their careers."
To TuneCore, Lambert brings over a decade of music industry experience, most recently having served as Sync Manager, Branded Content & Ads at Audio Network where she was responsible for creative music supervision, licensing, and business development. Lambert's career in music began as a marketing and partnerships coordinator, EMEA, at Spotify France before joining Universal Music France to develop their distribution platform Spinnup, and then moving to Groover where she worked on developing the company's artist services and distribution platform Groover Obsessions.
Lambert commented, "Independent artists have never had more access to opportunities for success, but they have also never had to navigate a more complex industry to achieve success. As Head of TuneCore, France, I aim to solidify TuneCore as the first place French artists think of when they want to build a sustainable career, both at home and internationally."
Lambert's appointment is the most recent in a series of organizational updates strengthening TuneCore's international leadership team, including Basile Beaugendre and Cyrus Chen being named Regional Head of TuneCore, Europe, and Regional Head of TuneCore, APAC, respectively, and Andi Arya Dwi Putra's recent appointment as Head of TuneCore, Indonesia.
