Tiffany Springs recognized in multifamily category for innovation and community impact in the Kansas City metropolitan area; Key players NSPJ Architects, Marian Tutera and others honored
KANSAS CITY, Mo., July 27, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Tutera's Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community – a $55 million luxury senior living community in North Kansas City – is among 30 construction projects selected from more than 100 submissions by the Kansas City Business Journal to receive a prestigious Capstone Award, honoring the top real estate and development projects in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
The Kansas City Business Journal featured the 2020 Capstone winners in a special print publication, as well as a digital special section, on July 17, 2020. Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community is one of three recipients in the multifamily category recognized for enhancing and transforming the Kansas City area.
Honorees were chosen based on project size, community impact and innovation – and had to be move-in ready by the end of 2019.
Key players honored included NSPJ Architects, the project architect, and Marian Tutera, interior designer for Tiffany Springs, as well as general contractor Luke Draily Construction Co. and the following engineering firms – Olsson, Bob D. Campbell Co., Latimer Sommers & Associates, Hockenbergs and FP&C Consultants KC LLC.
Tiffany Springs – located at 9191 N.
