Adding deep and varied expertise accumulated across decades of combined experience are Jon Reed who will serve as Chief of Staff, Roman Cherkasov as Chief Technology Officer, and Dushyant Saran as Head of Fintech Partnerships.
These additions come during a period of significant growth for Tuvoli, which now facilitates more than $1.2 billion in annual transactions for the private aviation industry's leading operators and brokers.

Jon Reed, Chief of Staff
Jon joins Tuvoli as Chief of Staff, bringing 20+ years of experience across sales, operations, commercial strategy, and yield management in private aviation. A veteran of NetJets and CitationAir, Jon was also part of the founding team at Wheels Up, where he held leadership roles supporting the company's rapid growth.
He comes to Tuvoli with a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver in an industry where every trip is highly personal, time-sensitive, and dependent on close coordination across clients, internal teams, operators, and partners. Bringing a commercial operator's perspective – shaped by the balance of client trust, sound decision-making, and disciplined execution – he will work alongside the leadership team to drive collaborations among all stakeholders and their respective teams to advance the company's strategic priorities and support its next phase of growth.

Roman Cherkasov, Chief Technology Officer
Roman joins Tuvoli as Chief Technology Officer, and brings more than two decades of experience developing the real-time, high-throughput transaction systems that align directly with the seamless payment capabilities valued by Tuvoli's clients.
He joins from Paynote, an early-stage payments company, where, as CTO, he built the engineering organization from the ground up and shipped merchant checkout infrastructure spanning cards, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and stablecoin settlement.
Roman also served as Vice President of Engineering at Kaseya, leading teams behind ten products across security, compliance, and platform, processing billions of events per month at 99.99% uptime.
Earlier, at Amazon Web Services, he took a new developer service from zero to public launch, and at Morgan Stanley he was founding engineer of the analytics platform behind a roughly $200 billion corporate treasury portfolio. He began his career building trading-floor systems at JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank.

Dushyant Saran, Head of Fintech Partnerships
Dushyant joins Tuvoli as Head of Fintech Partnerships, where he will expand strategic relationships across the fintech ecosystem — spanning payment rails, card networks, banking-as-a-service, and embedded finance — and help drive the integration of AI-powered capabilities throughout the platform.
Saran joins Tuvoli following nearly a decade at Visa, most recently as Senior Director and Head of Global Client & Partner Solutions, where he led partnership and product strategy across embedded finance, loyalty, and data capabilities. His portfolio included a modular loyalty platform adopted by three of the top five global airlines and a $100 million revenue pipeline — as well as credit-access and cobrand partnerships. Earlier at Visa, he served on the global cross-border leadership team, led post-merger integration of Visa Inc. and Visa Europe, and drove multimillion-dollar re-engineering, process, and cost-optimization initiatives across the enterprise. Over his career, he has driven more than $500 million in impact through product innovation, strategic partnerships, and operational transformation.
Saran has also been at the forefront of emerging commerce infrastructure: he invented and filed patents for autonomous commerce systems that allow AI agents to negotiate pricing and execute transactions independently. This work is foundational to agentic commerce, where AI agents transact autonomously on behalf of buyers and sellers. Before Visa, he held strategy and transformation roles at LPL Financial, Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company), Ameriprise Financial, and American Express.

The symposium will take place at Embry-Riddle's residential campus in Daytona Beach, Florida.
