TwelveStone Health Partners Launches Out of Reeves Sain Family of Medical Services to Focus on Post-Acute Care
Murfreesboro, TN (PRWEB) February 16, 2016 -- Shane Reeves has launched TwelveStone Health Partners, Inc., which will offer a broad range of services to support patient care in a wide range of post acute-care environments.
TwelveStone Health Partners will invest $14.9 million into a new corporate headquarters and create 200 new jobs with plans to expand TwelveStone’s services to all 95 Tennessee counties from its existing 44-county service area footprint.

The launch of TwelveStone Health Partners is a result of last year’s acquisition of Reeves-Sain Drug Store, Inc. and EntrustRx, its specialty pharmacy business by Fred’s Inc. Former business partner Rick Sain will remain at Reeves-Sain Retail Pharmacy (Fred’s) as Senior Vice President of Retail Pharmacy Business Development. The Fred’s transaction did not include Reeves-Sain Family of Medical Services, Inc., Reeves-Sain Extended Care, LLC or Reeves-Sain Medical, Inc. These businesses will operate as TwelveStone Health Partners moving forward. TwelveStone will offer packaged medication, infusion and enteral services, respiratory therapy services and durable medication equipment.
