Evans is a Tampa native who grew up on Davis Island with a Bachelor of Science in education background. Since leaving the education field and pursuing her passion in the real estate industry, she has received numerous awards, including the prestigious CLHMS designation and membership in the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing's Million Dollar Guild.

She earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation and status in the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing's Million Dollar Guild. As a member of the Junior League of Tampa, James also enjoys being involved in the community and helping to make it a better place for all.
