On October 8th at Ristorante Cavour, award-winning Executive Chefs Maurizio Ferrarese of Ristorante Cavour, and Luis Roger of MAD and BCN Taste & Tradition, will be combining their talents to offer diners a unique menu influenced by their Italian and Spanish heritage.
The seven-course menu, available for one night only, will highlight three courses from Chef Ferrarese, three courses from Chef Roger, and a combined dessert collaboration. The menu will include seasonal fall favorites, such as butternut squash and apple-vanilla bean ganache, and will feature entrées and appetizers of seabass, veal ossobuco ravioli, seared scallops and more. Available for $98 per person, Chef Ferrarese and Chef Roger’s menu will also offer sommelier-selected wine pairings for an additional cost.
Tucked in Houston’s Uptown Park mere minutes from the Galleria, Hotel Granduca’s Ristorante Cavour features authentic Italian luxuries within an intimate setting. The small space allows for interaction between chef and guest, and this elegant event will be no exception. As seating is limited, reservations will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
