U.S. Army and Valvoline Instant Oil Change Formalized Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) Program to Recruit Veterans
The June 7th signing ceremony was held to celebrate the official partnership between the U.S. Army and Valvoline Instant Oil Change to recruit veterans.
