This prestigious readers' choice poll is conducted annually to recognize and reward the people, places, and things that make the Heart of Texas special. Readers cast their votes for their favorites during the official two-week voting period from August 9-23rd.

Dr. McMahan and Dr. Walker both serve as volunteer faculty staff at the Family Health Center to help provide dermatology education to the residents. Dr. McMahan continues to serve on the board of the McLennan County Medical Society and is in her second term as a delegate for the Texas Medical Association. Dr. McMahan and Dr. Walker are happy to welcome Shae Young. PA-C to their patient care team.
The office has been serving Waco and the surrounding community since 2015. The center includes Board Certified Dermatologist, Dr. Young McMahan, Dr. Greg Walker, Dr. Nick Snavely, and Shea K. Young, PA-C. Dr. McMahan joined the Waco practice of U.S. Dermatology Partners following her dermatology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where she served as chief resident. Dr. Walker joined the practice after completing his dermatology residency at Baylor Scott and White in Temple, Texas. He spent the final year of his training as chief resident. Dr. Snavely completed a dermatology residency at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, and then completed an advanced dermatologic surgery fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon.
