Ultra Electronics USSI today announced it is launching the HyperSpike® Encompass System, a total solution for indoor and outdoor emergency notification.
COLUMBIA CITY, Ind., July 19, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Ultra Electronics USSI located in Columbia City, IN today announced it is launching the HyperSpike® Encompass System, a total solution for indoor and outdoor emergency notification. Engineered with the latest technology in mass notification control systems, the Encompass family of products includes a power/amplification cabinet, a series of high power speaker arrays, and various value-added accessories including an IP addressable kit.
At the heart of the system, the HyperSpike® Encompass Amplifier Cabinet optimizes the Encompass MA-Series Speakers for maximum performance and intelligibility, and provides best-in-class efficiency on both AC and DC power. When an emergency occurs, the Encompass System responds at a second's notice and will continue to broadcast as required up to 12 square miles.
Equipped with continuous AC operation and DC backup, in adverse conditions, the cabinet will automatically switch to the best available power source and self-protect with thermal fold back capabilities. Users can continually monitor functionality with self-diagnostics, and industry-standard Form C relay fault reporting.
